What is an third party unit?

ENTIMEM is an third party unit that works as an organism of sanitary assessment that, in case of new, extended or modified registrations for health supplies (according to what is stated in the General Health Law), grants the user with a pre-decision that will be subjected to a final approval from the sanitary entity.
